We are Australians and are an Australian registered business. We are a trusted family business and have been selling in Australia now for over 25 years. 

Returns are easy with Baby Boho.

Returns are exempt for hair accessories due to health regulations , all jewelry, shoes , clearance, sale items, mystery bundles, gift boxes, any accessories, hair brushes, tights, stockings, socks,bibs,plush toys, rattles, comforters, birth announcements, decor, plaques, bundles, specials, special prices, special deals, lucky scoops, anything purchased with a code , bargain bundles and sale/reduced/clearance items.

How to return-

Store Credit code- provided.

All that you have to do is ensure your item qualifies for return then advise us you wish to make a return (no explanation needed) , within 7 days from date of receipt. Item must be unworn and in condition it was sent. We will acknowledge your return request and send you a confirmation email.

Then we will provide you the address to return it back to us in Australia.  Must be sent back 7 days from the day of this confirmation email. You need to arrange to pay for the postage back and please note that no original postage paid is refundable. 

When we receive it we will process a credit code within 72 hours of receipt. 
It is that easy! Credit Codes may be used in store for products and are valid for 4 weeks. 

Manufacturing Faults - Sometimes things don’t always turn up how we would like and It is disappointing. Although these are rare , if you were sent the wrong thing or there is a manufacturing fault, let us know immediately and we will speak to you about it. You will need to establish your claim as we need to get compensation from the manufacturer. Please help us by sending 4-5 very clear photos. If manufacturing faults are established by clear photos then we will provide an address for the item to be sent back. Once received it will be inspected to see that manufacturing fault fits description then under consumer rights you are entitled to a replacement or to have the item fixed and returned to you. This will be organised for you with a new tracking number.  Replacements will be processed within 72 hours of receipt however normal shipping time frames apply. (See shipping Info page for time frames). If a replacement cannot be organised our end, due to out of stock, then we will refund you accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS- 

Can I cancel my order? Answer- Unfortunately we cannot facilitate changes to orders once they have been paid as processing your order starts immediately from printing shipping labels and organizing your order for dispatch. These processes are automatic and cannot be changed. In addition we cannot cancel pre-order transactions due to payments being made for your item to be secured or made-to-order and they are then organised by our manufacturing suppliers who do not issue refunds. 

NOTE- Baby Boho does not sell to on-sellers/re-sellers. Our store is for purchases from our customers using items for private personal use. If you are a re-seller using us without our permission as your source, drop shipper or wholesaler then please cease and desist. Orders we perceive or suspect that are from re-sellers will be cancelled and refunded immediately. 
No correspondence will be entered into. 
Any orders flagged as fraudulent or high risk will be investigated and may be cancelled and refunded without correspondence being entered into. 

RTS

* Please note - If items are delivered to the post office for customer collection then it is considered as delivered by Baby Boho and completed. It is the customers responsibility to pick it up in a timely manner. If it gets sent back to our overseas warehouse because of failure to pick up in time it will incur a $15 restocking and admin fee. This amount will be taken from any refunds processed. Refunds will be issued only when our overseas warehouse has received the item/order back safely and this could take weeks. If items /orders are RTS due to an error by customer,  or sent back without authorisation this will also incur a $15 admin re-stocking fee which will be taken from any refunds. In addition no postage costs are refundable. Australia Post always leave a card in your mail for collectable items/packages and will hold them for you for a limited short period of time.

Child’s sizing- by age range,

Size 2 / 2 years

Size 3 / 3 years 

Size 4/4 years

Size 5 / 5 years 

Alternatively you may see-

3mths - suit baby 3 mths 

6mths- suit baby 6mths

9mths- suits baby 9 mths 

12mths- suits baby 12mths

18mths - suits baby 18mths 

Sizing in drop down/sizing options saying 3-4 years would indicate it is between range size 3 and size 4. 

Our sizing is within an age range. Ie- 0-3 months, 12-18 months etc. Each garment is made by different manufacturers and suppliers so there may be slight differences across ranges.  Please also check measurements if they are provided. Some products will have specific measurements and these are a guide only. 

Please be aware that some garments will have sizing tags sewn onto the outside of garment. This is not a manufacturing fault. 

SHOES- 

11CM ,12CM, 13CM 

A child’s foot should be 1cm smaller than shoe length. (for growth and movement)

Generally - 11cm fits 3-6mths, 12cm fits 6-12mths,13cm fits 12-18mths.

This is a general guide and it is best to measure.

GARMENT CARE-

Most of our products are made from tulle, soft organza, delicate knots and soft cottons. These are best to wash by hand and dried in a warm place. 

• We strongly recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water. (Colours separate)
• We strongly recommend never ironing organza, tulle and other polyesters. Iron cottons on low heat and put a soft wash cloth in between iron and garment. 
• We strongly recommend for best results to hang or flat dry / do not tumble dry. (Organza /tulle dresses can often do well drying on a hanger in a warm place) Then when dry separatie out tulle from cotton lining and iron the cotton lining on a low heat. (Avoid direct sunlight)
• Do not bleach.
• Care instructions: Garment instructions will be attached to garment on tags. Refer also to this page for the care of your garments. 

Jewelry Care

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water
• Remove before swimming, showering or gym
• Keep away from perfumes, lotions & chemicals
• Store in a dry place
• Wipe with a soft cloth after wear.

** Remove and discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
