Returns are easy with Baby Boho.

Returns are exempt for hair accessories due to health regulations , shoes , clearance and on sale items, gift boxes, any accessories, bundles, specials, special prices, special deals, anything purchased with a code , bargain bundles and sale/reduced/clearance items.

How to return-

Store Credit code- provided.

All that you have to do is ensure your item qualifies for return then advise us you wish to make a return (no explanation needed) , within 7 days from date of receipt. Item must be unworn and in condition it was sent. Then we will provide you the address to return it back to us in Australia.  Must be sent back 7 days from the day of this confirmation email. You need to arrange to pay for the postage back and please note that no original postage paid is refundable. 

When we receive it we will process a credit code within 72 hours of receipt. 
It is that easy! Credit Codes may be used in store and are valid for 4 weeks. 

Manufacturing Faults - Sometimes things don’t always turn up how we would like and It is disappointing. Although these are rare , if you were sent the wrong thing or there is a manufacturing fault, let us know immediately and we will speak to you about it. You will need to establish your claim as we need to get compensation from the manufacturer. Please help us by sending 4-5 very clear photos. If manufacturing faults are established by clear photos then we will provide an address for the item to be sent back. Once received it will be inspected to see that manufacturing fault fits description then under consumer rights you are entitled to a replacement or to have the item fixed and returned to you. This will be organised for you with a new tracking number.  Replacements will be processed within 72 hours of receipt however normal shipping time frames apply. (See shipping Info page for time frames). If a replacement cannot be organised our end, due to out of stock, then a store credit will be issued.


Can I cancel my order? Answer- Unfortunately we cannot facilitate changes to orders once they have been paid as processing your order starts immediately from printing shipping labels and organizing your order for dispatch. These processes are automatic and cannot be changed. 



Please note - If items are delivered to the post office for customer collection then it is considered as delivered by Baby Boho and completed. It is the customers responsibility to pick it up in a timely manner. If it gets sent back to our overseas warehouse because of failure to pick up in time it will incur a $15 restocking and admin fee. This amount will be taken from any refunds processed. Refunds will be issued only when our overseas warehouse has received the item/order back safely and this could take weeks. If items /orders are RTS due to an error by customer,  or sent back without authorisation this will also incur a $15 admin re-stocking fee which will be taken from any refunds. In addition no postage costs are refundable. Australia Post always leave a card in your mail for collectable items/packages and will hold them for you for a limited short period of time.
