We ship to Australian addresses.

To keep prices as low as possible, we post orders directly from overseas warehouses in China and the US directly to the customer. This means we can keep pricing affordable and processing streamlined.  

Order processing takes approximately - 3-5 Business days. 
Delivery takes approximately 14 business days after processing.

At times there may be delays caused by couriers or customs etc. These delays are out of our control.

We do not offer express shipping.

Orders are automative and we cannot facilitate changes to orders or cancellation requests. 
If items are out of stock the warehouse will refund accordingly.

Gift Boxes and Bargain Bundles are dispatched from QLD via Aust Post. Dispatched within 2-3 business days 
‘If purchased with other items from our overseas stock they will be shipped in separate packages IE- BUNDLES COMING FROM QLD AND OTHERS CONING FROM OVERSEAS. ) with one flat rate shipping on all for $12.99.

 

We will only send 1 /one email and this will be your confirmation email which will allow you to see your order by clicking on “View my Order”. All orders will be deemed,”In transit “ after this. Please wait the allocated time for it to be delivered. Reach out after 28 days if you have not received your package/s. Remember there may be multiple packages. 

Note-Tracking is limited. If there is any problems with your order we will let you know however these are very rare.

* Please note - If items are delivered to the post office for customer collection then it is considered as delivered by Baby Boho and completed. It is the customers responsibility to pick it up in a timely manner. If it gets sent back to our overseas warehouse because of failure to pick up in time it will incur a $15 restocking and admin fee. This amount will be taken from any refunds processed. Refunds will be issued only when our overseas warehouse has received the item/order back safely and this could take weeks. If items /orders are RTS due to an error by customer,  or sent back without authorisation this will also incur a $15 admin re-stocking fee which will be taken from any refunds. In addition, no postage costs are refundable. Australia Post always leave a card in your mail for collectable items/packages and will hold them for you for a limited short period of time.
