We ship via Australia Post from Queensland.

Check the Australia Post website for details and time frames for your area.  We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. 

Items are all sent via Australia Post and can be tracked on the Australia Post website. You will receive an email from us with tracking info and to confirm your order was dispatched.

Once orders are placed there can be no changes or add ons under any circumstances. Please ensure your order is complete before ourchasing at check-out. Thank you.

We deliver to Australian addresses only and do not ship overseas. 

**All orders will contain packing slip with price paid by customer on it.  

 GIFTS . **All orders contain packing slips with prices paid. Orders will not have capacity to include messages no matter how small the message unless packaged as a gift. Packing orders as a gift is a service we are happy to provide and can be purchased in the Gift Box or Gift wrapping service category.. If you want your item/order to be packaged as a gift you will need to purchase box or wrapping, then packing slips/prices will not be included. Please note that all gifts may contain our logo, swing tags or web address, name and address and this cannot be avoided.  Messages for cards are to be 10 words long or may not be included as they won’t fit on the card. 
All gift boxes purchased from our Gift Box section will be sent as a gift.(as per the product descriptions)  

 

 *Once an order has been delivered either to the residence directly or to a local post office pick up point , it is considered to be delivered and we have no further responsibility in this regard.  If an item is returned to sender because customers have sent it back without authorisation or its been returned due to lack of picking it up from collection point, no refund will be issued. Sometimes these actions also incur a fee from couriers which will be passed onto the customer should this happen. In addition “return to sender” initiated  by customer or collection point , will incur a restocking fee of $15 and no refunds will be issued (only credits for any balance left) No credits for postage paid can be credited as this has been paid to Australia Post. We will not resend packages that have been RTS. Please keep an eye on your package and reach out to us anytime if we can be of assistance. Items can be tracked via the Australia Post website.

*As stated in our Terms & Conditions , we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders anytime as we see fit without recourse. When this occurs correspondence may or may not be entered into. Should an order be deemed as being fraudulent or suspicious for any reason, we will cancel and refund the order without correspondence. Any orders with addresses that cannot be validated may be cancelled and refunded.
